The Almonte Remembrance Day Ceremony will be held Tuesday, November 11 at 10:45 a.m. at the Almonte Cenotaph. Organized by Almonte Legion Branch 240, a parade will form at the Legion on Bridge Street, to march to the Cenotaph next to Almonte Old Town Hall. The ceremony begins at 11 a.m. and will include a wreath laying service. Refreshments and a light lunch will be served at the legion following the ceremony.
